I just love that e-mail subject line.  That's because when I see that e-mail subject it means as an affiliate marketer I've got some money in my merchant account.  When you become an affiliate marketer yourself, and you see this headline you will get cash the same way.  When this happens, your cash is available for immediate use online and/or available within a few days if you choose to transfer your cash to your personal checking account.
